Keys to Early Intervention Homelessness Service (KEIHS) CALOUNDRA

Kyabra Community Association Inc. provides strengths based integrated responses to people in our community. Service work involves partnership with individuals and families to identify goals, develop strategies and evaluate outcomes.
This may involve a range of activities/functions including: Intake, Assessment, Advocacy, Interpersonal Support Work, Co-ordination, Case Management, Community Development and other such responses that facilitate the achievement of specified goals.
The Case Worker will work as part of our KEIHS Team: Keys to Early Intervention Homelessness Service team, (based in Caloundra), as a lone worker based in the Caloundra West Industrial precinct. KEIHS is an early intervention case management program working with individuals and families to support at-risk tenancies within the community in six locations across Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast and Gympie. The role is an outreach based and is conducted in community members homes.
Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award, Level 4 ($37.54 - $40.39 per hour). We offer a family friendly work environment and a range of practice and professional development opportunities.

A Bachelor Degree in Social Work/Human Services or similar is an essential requirement for this role.
