Kyabra operates an integrated model and works with individuals, families and carers with sometimes complex issues.
The position will focus on the provision of Kyabra’s Financial Resilience programs and work within the Intake and Assessment Team and, in conjunction with the Manager and other team members, will be responsible for ensuring the following activities are carried out:
This position involves both phone and face to face work with community members and will be required to work across Kyabra’s Richlands and Runcorn sites. Experience in Intake and Assessment, Financial Resilience and/or provision of NILS programs is essential. An understanding of the intersectionality between housing and community finance sector is highly desirable.
